Well, this is exciting. I just watched the Mercenaries 2 - Total Payback trailer here , and it looks to be what Mercs 2 should have been the first time. I'm trying to figure out who all six characters here are.

1. Misha (this one was hard to guess because he isn't wearing his helmet)
2. Eva (mechanic)
3. Ewan (helicopter pilot)
4. Fiona Taylor
5. Blanco
6. Bwoy (Pirate leader)

It also adds some long-overdue features, like worldwide co-op (which is already standard with most games), cheats (which I was originally crestfallen weren't in the game), bug fixes (thank God), and it infers that the lack of dialogue variety (mentioned in every review I've read so far) will be fixed somewhat.

However, as of this posting, the patch has been delayed twice and is exactly one month missing. If they cancel this, I will be pissed.
